Welcome to Area Utility, your tool for exploring every corner of your building's data. The app is thoughtfully divided into three key areas: the  Top Panel Controls , the  3D View , and the App-Specific Left Panel. Let's walk through each section together. When you open the app, you'll notice the left panel offers several insightful options: Page Header HelloTwinfinityWorld This displays the name of the current building or project. HelloTwinfinityWorld is our Twinfinity Demo Building. Buildings & Files In this section, you’ll see the building name and the model files you've selected, giving you a clear view of what’s currently loaded in the app. This way, you can always keep track of the files you're working with. Summary Button By clicking this button, a dialog window will appear, providing a comprehensive summary of your building's data. This overview includes various metrics, area types, and overall details, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the entire structure. Overview Tab This is your go-to spot for a quick snapshot of all area measurements related to your building. Each area type is displayed on an interactive card, inviting you to explore the data further. Here’s a closer look at the cards you’ll find: Heated Area Card Dive into detailed data about the building’s heated areas, giving you insights into how warmth is distributed throughout the building.  Swedish BIM standard:  Atemp Living Area Card Explore intricate details of the spaces within your building designed specifically for living or occupancy. Swedish BIM standard:  BOA Main Usable Area Card Gain a deeper understanding of the primary areas dedicated to the building’s main function, such as working spaces or conference rooms in an office environment. Swedish BIM standard:  LOA Gross Total Area Card This card offers a complete view of the building’s total footprint, capturing every internal space to give you the big picture. Swedish BIM standard:  BTA Rooms Card Access detailed information about the number and types of rooms within the building, helping you keep track of enclosed spaces. Swedish BIM standard:  Rooms Shaft Card Focus on the vertical channels in your building, including specifics about ventilation shafts, wire conduits, or elevators, essential for the building’s infrastructure. Swedish BIM standard:  Schakt Other Area Card This card guides you through the areas that don’t quite fit into the primary categories, shedding light on unique or unconventional spaces within your structure. Swedish BIM standard:  ÖVA Sub Area Card Offers a closer look at spaces that don't fall within the main usage but are still vital, such as storage areas or basements.
