We all know the importance of having a model that is up to date, which is why Changes & Assets is here to help. Changes & Assets has a left pane where the main part of all data is shown. On the right hand side, you will see the viewer which shows where things are located in the actual building. Main Tabs Overview The Overview Tab is your go-to source for a quick summary of your building’s changes & assets. Simply click on a card to dive into their respective detail pages, where you’ll find in-depth information and visualisations that give you a clearer picture of each change or asset within the property. Changes Card: The Change Card shows the total count of changes in your model. Clicking this card will take you straight to the Changes tab, where you’ll find the full list of changes that have either been made or proposed. Assets Card: The Assets Card shows the total count of assets in your model. Clicking this card takes you to the Assets tab to view a more detailed list - very similar to the one that lists changes. Changes In the “Changes” tab, you will find all of the changes that have either been made or proposed for the building and model. Since this list can become quite long, we have added the possibility to quickly find specific changes by searching the list. This tab will list all the changes that have been made or are proposed for the building and its model. Once clicking on a change, you’ll be able to view all of its detailed information, edit, clone or delete it. Please go to the help section for more information. Assets This tab displays all the assets currently included in the building model. Once clicking on an asset, you’ll be able to view all of its detailed information, edit, clone or delete it. Please go to the help section for more information. Create new Changes / Assets At the top right corner of the left pane, there’s a blue “ Create + ” button. This is where you click once you want to add a new change or asset. You will then be guided through a flow that allows you to name, describe, assign and place your change or asset in the model building. To get further information on how to do this, please read and help sections. The 3D View The general functionality of the 3D view is described in the article . Labels An on/off switch located in the lower right corner of the 3D viewer allows you to toggle the display of labels for different spaces within the model. The content and appearance of these labels are customisable through the label settings . Preferences Button Activating this button opens a right side panel with several adjustable settings to enhance the visualisation and functionality of your 3D model. Learn more about the different setting in the article Changes & Assets - 3D View Controls .
