The Changes tab is a feature within your building management software that provides an organized approach to track modifications, updates, or repairs that have occurred or are scheduled within your property. It is an essential tool for ensuring all changes are documented, accessible, and manageable. Viewing Changes Select the 'Changes' tab to display a comprehensive list of all recorded changes related to the building’s infrastructure. Filter by Floor : Similar to the Assets tab, you can filter changes based on floor levels. This can help focus on specific areas where changes have been made or are required. Change Selection Clicking on an individual change will take you to its specific location in the 3D view and bring up detailed information about that change. Options for Changes For each change listed, you will have several actions at your disposal: Delete To remove the record of the change from your system. Share To send details of the change to stakeholders or team members. Clone To replicate the change for similar future adjustments or reference. Edit To modify the existing details of the change. Editing a Change Through the ' Edit ' option, you can update or correct information concerning the change. The fields provided include: Title : A concise title that captures the essence of the change. This field is mandatory. ID : A unique Twinfinity ID generated for the specific change. Add Files : You can upload any related documents, images, or files that pertain to the change. Status : Marks the current stage of the change, options include To Do, In Progress, Done, or In Archive. Priority : Indicates the urgency of the change, which can be Normal or High. Description : A summary or detailed account of what the change entails. Send Copy To : An option to send a copy of the change details to an email address for notification or record purposes. Assigned To : The individual or team responsible for implementing or overseeing the change. In this article:
