Keeping track of the various components that make up your building is vital.  The Assets tab  is designed to help you monitor, update, and manage all the physical and digital assets of your building. Working in the Assets Tab Accessing the Assets List Click on the 'Assets' tab to view a list of all recorded assets within your building. Floor Selector Filter : Use the floor selector in the 3D View to filter the displayed assets to those on specific floors, making it easier to focus on particular areas of the building. Selecting an Asset From the list, clicking on an asset name will automatically navigate you to its location in the 3D model and display the asset's details for review or modification. Asset Interaction Options Within the asset's detail view, you will find options to: Delete Remove the asset from your model. Share Generate a link or report to send the asset’s information to someone else. Clone Create a duplicate of the asset for use in another part of the building. Edit Update details about the asset. Editing Asset Details By clicking the 'Edit' button, you can modify the asset's information. The fields available are: Title : The name or designation of the asset. This is a required field. Asset ID : An automatically generated identification number unique to this asset. Category : Defines the class of asset, such as Heating, IT, Ventilation, Cooling, Electricity, Water and Sewer, Fire and Rescue, Media, or Entry systems. Type : Describes the specific kind of asset within its category. Manufacturer : The company that produced the asset. Model : The model number or identifier given by the manufacturer. Description : Any additional details that describe the asset. Installation Year : The year the asset was installed. Maintenance Technician : The party responsible for the asset's upkeep, whether it be the Property Owner or Tenant. In this article:
