The Twinfinity Viewer's expanded camera controls offer a comprehensive suite of tools for manipulating the camera in the 3D view. This help section will guide you through the functionality of each icon in the expanded camera controls toolbar. Control Icons and Functions Close Camera Controls Closes the camera controls panel, returning you to the standard view interface. Top-Down View Sets the camera to a top-down perspective, allowing for an overhead view of the model, as if you're looking at it from directly above. Perspective Projection Switches the camera view to perspective projection, which simulates a more natural and realistic depth perception, similar to human vision. Orthogonal Projection Changes the camera to orthographic projection, removing perspective and making all lines parallel, useful for technical and engineering views where accurate measurements are needed. 2D Drawing Mode Engages a mode that mimics a 2D drawing, which can be beneficial for analyzing plans, sections, or elevations without the distraction of three-dimensional depth. Reset Camera Resets the camera to its default viewing angle and zoom level while maintaining other settings such as layer visibility and applied filters. Reset All Resets the entire scene to the initial state. This includes setting the camera to its default location and removing any active filtering or coloring, providing a clean slate for the user to start from. Accessing and Using the Camera Controls To access these controls, click on the camera icon in the main toolbar. The expanded camera controls will appear. Click on the desired icon to activate its specific function. Some icons may toggle between states, like the perspective and orthographic projections. Use these controls to tailor your view of the 3D model to match your requirements for reviewing or presenting the model data. Understanding and utilizing these controls will enhance your navigation and viewing experience within the Twinfinity Viewer, allowing for precise and efficient examination of the 3D models.
