To access the content of the portal, you must first log in. Receiving Your Login Credentials When the portal's administrator adds you as a user, you will receive a welcome email containing your login credentials (username and password). Two-factor Authentication (2FA) If the portal utilizes 2FA, you will need a software application (app) on your phone that generates codes. These codes must be entered at login. After inputting your username and password, a new dialog will prompt you for such a code. It's essential that the code you enter is current, meaning it matches the one displayed in the app on your mobile phone at that moment. This also requires that your mobile phone's clock is accurate and up-to-date.
