Every project participant is included in an address list which displays their contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and more. This centralized location ensures efficient communication and management of project-related contacts. How to Access the Address List Navigate to the specific project workspace where you want to view the participants. Locate the ribbon menu area at the top of your screen. In this menu, click on the "Tools" option. From the dropdown, select "Address List". Sending Messages to Contacts from the Address List Within the address list, you can select specific contacts by ticking the checkboxes next to their names. After selecting the desired contacts, use the guide in the   section to send them a communication. Tip:  Keeping an updated address list ensures that you can reach out to project participants effectively and maintain smooth communication throughout the project's duration. In this article:
