The purpose of the deviation management is to enable the project manager to efficiently flag deviations or potential deviations in a project. The project leader makes this marking based on their assessment of the project. It's important to note that this does not link to other system-evaluated indicators that might mark a deviation. The “Deviations” tab Name The title or labeling for deviations. Symbol Deviations are graded in three steps: No deviations Risk of deviations High risk of deviations Signed by The system logs who marks a checkpoint or phase and then clicks on [Save]. The user's signature is saved along with the date and time when the change was saved. Attached Files It's possible to attach one or more files directly in the deviations tab. The aim of displaying deviations on the project card is for the rest of the organization to be aware of the project manager's current assessment of the project status. Hence, it's crucial that the evaluation of current deviations is updated regularly. The responsibility of registering a deviation lies with the project manager. Ensuring clarity and transparency about deviations allows the organization to adapt, reallocate resources, and strategize more efficiently. In this article:
