If you wish to maintain a backup or analyze the address list outside of the platform, you can easily export it to an Excel document. This capability ensures that you can manipulate the data in a format you're familiar with and allows for greater flexibility in how you manage your contacts. Steps to Export Navigate to the desired address list. Look for the ribbon menu area at the top of your screen. In the ribbon menu, locate and click on the "Tools" option. From the dropdown menu, select "Export Address List". The system will then process your request and prepare the Excel document. Once the document is ready, a download link or prompt will appear. Click on it to start the download. Save the Excel document to your preferred location on your computer. Note:  Make sure to keep backups of exported files in a safe location, especially if they contain sensitive information. In this article:
