Sending a Message from a Project It's possible to send a message from a project. The message is sent as an email. Steps to Send a Message from a Project Ensure you are inside the project from which you want to send the message. In the menu tab area, select Tools > New Message. In the subsequent dialog, you can add recipients, roles within the project, and groups.
