Each project can be designated with various status types. The status not only indicates if a project is active or not but also provides reasons for its inactivity. Moreover, the way a project is handled is determined by its status. Different Status Types Active The status assigned when the project is created. It encompasses all ongoing projects. Archived The project becomes inactive and is moved to the project archive. Concluded The project becomes inactive. Removed The project becomes inactive. Dormant The project becomes inactive. An archived project is relocated from the regular project selector to the project archive. Here, they are accessible only to Product Administrators and Product Readers. Other participants in the project network cannot view these projects. By default, inactive projects are not displayed in the project selector. However, if a user explicitly checks the "Show Inactive Projects" box in the project selector, the inactive projects will also be shown. Important Note:  Only active projects are subject to overall locking and are included in system reports. In this article:
