In Projektstruktur, you have the capability to create "Collection Documents." A Collection Document is composed of a main document and various attachments. You have the freedom to decide which document acts as the main document and which ones serve as attachments. Types of Collection Documents Lock Content to Current Version Can contain partial or whole versions of documents. Always retains the same versions of the documents, even if they are changed in the project after creating your collection document. Lock Content to Current Approved Version Must always contain approved documents. Always retains the same versions of the documents, even if they are changed in the project after creating your collection document. Use Latest Version Doesn't require any final approval and always contains the latest version of the documents you've selected. Creating a Collection Document Navigate to the documents you want to include in your collection document. Highlight the desired documents. Select the "Actions" menu. Choose the menu option [Create Collection Document]. Provide a name for your collection document. Specify the type of your collection document. Click on the document name in the "Choose Main Document" list to set your main document (highlighted in yellow). Press the [Save] button. Note : Documents serving as the main document for a collection document are displayed in the document list with a distinct icon. Icons Indicating Collection Document Type Collection Document of the "Lock Content to Current Version" type is represented with a padlock on the collection document icon. Collection Document of the "Lock Content to Current Approved Version" type is shown with a padlock on the icon in front of the green approved document for collection documents. Collection Document of the "Use Latest Version" type is displayed with its unique icon. Tips : Utilize the document bin or various document views to create collection documents containing documents from different folders! Accessing an Existing Collection Document Navigate to the document serving as the main document in your collection document.
