The document list also contains the so-called ECB menu, which becomes visible when you hover the mouse pointer over a document and click on the [...] symbol. See the Menus in the navigation section for more details. Document's Pop-Up Menu (ECB) The ECB menu provides tools to manage functionality for individual documents. The menu appearance varies based on whether you have read or write permissions. Features & functionality View Properties Displays the document's content type and metadata value. Edit Properties Changes the document's name and edits its content type and metadata. Check Out Checks out the file. Publish a Major Version Changes the document's version. Move Moves the document to another folder. Delete Sends the document to the trash. Security Classification Toggles the document's security classification. Transfer History Displays an overview of the document's transfers. Version History Displays an overview of the document's previous versions. Workflows See the workflows associated with the document. Approve/Reject Document Approves or rejects the document. Approval History Displays an overview of the document's previous versions and who approved the action. Download a Copy Downloads a copy. Shared With Shows users/profiles/groups that can view the document. Note:  Features like [Check In] and [Ignore Checkout] are available in the ECB menu if a file is checked out. If your portal is linked to an archive, the [Archive History] function is also available. In this article:
