How to View a Document's Approval History in Projektstruktur For documents you have permission to access, you can always view their approval history. Here's how: Option 1: Via the Menu Ribbon Navigate to the Document : Find and access the document you want to view the approval history for. Highlight the Document : Click on the far-left side of the document's row to select it. Access the Approval History : Go to the menu ribbon. Select [File] -> [Approval History]. Option 2: Via the ECB (Edit Control Block) Menu Navigate to the Document : Find and access the document you want to view the approval history for. Hover Over the Document Name : Place your cursor over the document's name. Expand the ECB Menu : Open the document's context menu, commonly referred to as the "ECB menu".
