In Projektstruktur, there's support for fundamental document management features such as version control and check-in/check-out mechanisms. Guides & tutorials Version Control & Check-In/Check-Out : Every time a document is edited, it's checked out. This means that it becomes inaccessible to other project participants until it's checked back in. Each check-in action creates a new version of the document. With these features, the system ensures that no inadvertent changes overwrite existing content and every document has traceability to all its modifications. Note : If a document is checked out (or locked) by another project participant, you'll be opening the version of the document that was saved before it was checked out. To view the most recent modifications, the author needs to save and check in their changes to Projektstruktur.
