In this view, all the documents that are finally approved in the project are displayed. The view settings and your permissions determine which ones you can see. How to Access Approved Documents Access the Link Click on the [Approved Documents] link. Navigate Using the Folder Tree Use the page's folder tree to find the approved document(s) you wish to see. Open a Document You can open a document directly by clicking on its filename. Open Drawings or Collection Documents To view a drawing in the drawing viewer or open a collection document, click on its icon. View Version History Access a document's version history by clicking on the icon under the "Version" column.  Note:  If the icon is red, a newer version of the document exists. Sorting and Filtering Sorting Sort documents in "Ascending Order" or "Descending Order" by clicking on a column name. Filtering The columns displayed in approved documents can also be filtered. Enter a field value and select the appropriate command under the filter button. In the upper right corner behind the "Display:" header, you can change the document view, allowing access to the fields, or metadata, defined for each view of the documents. In this article:
