How to Approve Documents in Twinfinity The ability to approve documents is dependent on the profile assigned to you and the rights associated with that profile. Note : There can be up to 9 approval stages, but typically there are 2-3 stages. When approving, it's possible to leave a comment which can then be read in the approval history. To approve a document, follow these steps: 1.  Navigate to the Document's Folder Find the folder containing the document(s) you wish to approve. 2.  Select the Document(s) Highlight the document or documents you want to approve. 3.  Access the 'Actions' Menu Click on the "Actions" menu. 4.  Choose to Approve/Reject Select the [Approve/Reject Document] option. When on the document approval page, you have the ability to: Provide a Universal Comment Add the same comment to all the selected documents. Add a Specific Comment Input unique comments for specific documents. View Document Metadata Access additional details by clicking on a document's name. View Approval Status See the current approval status and the next approval status. Reject Review or Approval Click the [Reject] button. An email will be sent to the document issuer notifying them of the rejection. Input Comments You can optionally add comments to a single document, selected documents, or all documents. 5.  Approve the Document(s) Finalize your approval by clicking the [Approve] button. In this article:
