Projektstruktur provides a helpful tool allowing users to send drawings to a printing service and manage their orders effectively. The tool is named "Send to Printing" and is accessible from various places, including the document list. Step-by-Step Guide 1. Preparation Navigate to the documents you want to include in the order. Highlight the selected documents. Access the "Actions" menu. Select "Send to Printing". Tip! The "Send to Printing" function is also available in the trash bin, which is handy when collecting documents from different folders for a combined print order. 2. Order Details Orderer Displays the ordering party's details. Click on [+] to expand. Invoice Recipient Shows the invoice recipient's information. Can be adjusted if necessary. Delivery Address Reveals the shipping address. Can be edited if needed. Project Information Displays the project's "Project Name" and "Project Number". "Project Object" is optional. Printing Service Choose the printing service from the dropdown menu. The project must have an associated printing service. Production Information Specify the "Production Method" (type of plotting, printing, CD...) and "Delivery Format" (e.g., A0, A1...). Determine and mark the documents (drawings) you want in "Full Scale" or "Half Scale" and their quantity. 3. Shipping Information Choose the "Delivery Method" from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Delivered by Courier", "Pick-up", or "Mail"). "Delivery Date" and the city of the "Manufacturing Place" are optional. Attach a "Distribution List" if necessary. This list should encompass all crucial order details. 4. Additional Details You can input remarks or comments in the "Comment" field. Note: Every document in the order must have "Production Information". 5. Review and Send Preview the order by clicking "Preview" (Note: This button is only active if the printing service uses a receipt in the form of a PDF file and not an RKV file). To send the order, click on the "Send Order" button. In this article:
