Using the Document Basket in Projektstruktur In every project you're a member of in Projektstruktur, you have what's referred to as a "Document Basket". This can be likened to online shopping carts in e-commerce stores. With it, you can collect documents from various locations in the folder tree and then quickly access them without having to navigate through the tree. The Document Basket is located to the left of your name in the top right corner of Projektstruktur. Key Points Note : If you have a document that's been updated after you've placed it in your Document Basket, "your" document retains its version and doesn't automatically switch to the new version. Whether "your" documents have the latest version or not is indicated in the Document Basket's [Latest Version] column. Adding Documents to Your Document Basket Navigate to the documents (e.g., in the folder tree) that you want to add to your Document Basket. Select the documents. Choose the "Action" option. Click on the menu option [Add to Document Basket]. Removing Documents from Your Document Basket Navigate to the documents you wish to remove from your Document Basket. Select the documents. Click on the menu option [Remove]. If you click on [Export to Excel], an Excel list will be created containing the names and all metadata of the documents in the Document Basket. Under the "Choose export of:" heading, you can also select which document view you want to use for the export. To view the version history of a document, click on the icon under the "Latest Version" field for that document. Or to open any collective documents, click on the icon under the "Collective Document" field. Additional tools available in the Document Basket include [Fetch Files (ZIP)], [Send to Copy], and [Create Collective Document].
