1. **Verify Model Upload:** First, ensure that the model has been correctly uploaded to the Twinfinity platform. Check the Twinfinity Projektstruktur project network or Original archive to confirm its presence.
2. **Viewer Button Check:** Before accessing the model, ensure the Viewer button in the Tools menu is enabled. If it's not active, the model might still be in the parsing process. Especially for complex models, it may take up to 30 minutes to become available.
  
3. **User Permissions:** Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view or interact with the model. Some models may have restricted access. If you encounter permissions issues, contact your own Twinfinity administrator. <u>Note: Twinfinity Service Desk does not grant access to customer archives or projects.</u>
4. **Connectivity Check:** A weak or interrupted internet connection could hinder model loading. Ensure you have a stable connection. If possible, try accessing from a different network or location.
5. **Cache Clearance:** Sometimes, browser or app cache can cause display issues. Clear your browser cache or app data and try accessing the model again.
6. **Try a Different Browser:** There could be compatibility issues with certain browsers. If you're facing problems, consider switching to another browser to access the model.
