Accessing the area summary table is straightforward and helps you quickly view a comprehensive breakdown of your building's space allocations. Follow these simple steps to open the table and get an in-depth summary of your areas. Accessing the Area Summary Table Locate the Summary Button In the  top-right corner  of the  Left side panel , you’ll see the  Summary button . This button will trigger the area summary modal. Click the Summary Button Click on the  Summary Button . This action will open a modal window that contains the area summary table. View the Area Summary Table Once the modal window appears, you will see the area summary table displayed within it. This table provides detailed information about various areas of your building, including metrics and classifications. Close the Modal (When Finished) When you’re done reviewing the area summary table, you can close the modal window by clicking the close button “ X ” located at the top-right corner of the modal. Table Contents Explanation Floor List of floors in the building, making it easy to identify and select specific floors for a closer look. Area Efficiency Represents the efficiency percentage of each floor. A high percentage indicates optimal use of space. Sales and Rentable Area (m²) Indicates the total space available for selling or renting on a particular floor. Gross Total Area (m²) The sum of the internal area of the floor, including walls. Main Usable Area (m²) Specifies the primary functional area on each floor that is usable for its intended purpose. Heated Area (m²) The portion of the floor area that is covered by the heating system. Shaft Area (m²) Specifies the area occupied by shafts or vertical spaces that facilitate utilities.
