The Area Utility tool contains of three main areas. The [general top view](https://twinfinity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HCUT/pages/115507201)  the [3d View](https://twinfinity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HCUT/pages/115343361) and the app specific menu. When starting the menu, in the left pane you will find:


- **Summary Button**: When clicked, this opens a dialog window that presents a summary data presentation for the entire building. This summary encapsulates different metrics, area types, and overall details, ensuring users have a holistic understanding of the building's data. **Overview tab:** Provides a quick snapshot of various area measurements related to the building. Each area type is presented on an interactive card, allowing users to dive deeper into the data associated with that specific measurement.

- **Heated Area Card:** Reveals detailed data related to the portion of the building that is heated.
- **Living Area Card:** Showcases intricate data of areas within the building specifically designed for living or occupancy.
- **Main Usable Area Card:** Provides insights into the primary areas of the building used for its main function, such as main working areas or conference rooms in an office building.
- **Gross Total Area Card:** Displays comprehensive data on the total footprint of the building, capturing all internal spaces.
- **Rooms Card:** Grants access to detailed information on the number and type of rooms or enclosed spaces within the building.
- **Shaft Card:** Focuses on vertical channels in buildings, providing specifics about ventilation shafts, wire conduits, or elevators.
- **Other Area Card:** Directs users to specifics of areas that don't fit into the primary categories, highlighting unique or unconventional spaces within the structure.
- **Sub Area Card:** Offers a closer look at spaces that don't fall within the main usage but are still vital, such as storage areas or basements.
