Adding a filter is a good way to reduce the data set that is displayed in the table to only show what is needed in the current context. How to add a filter Select a field for which a filter should be applied. Select a specific value of that field. (Optional) Add additional filter settings by clicking “Add mode” and repeat steps 1 & 2 until done. Click use filter. Clear a filter Removes all filters in the current dialog.
