Inviting Users to a Building Archive You can easily invite new users to access your archive and manage who has permission to view or edit its content. Inviting the right people ensures that everyone working with your building – from property managers to maintenance staff – can access the documents, models, and apps they need. How to Invite Users Follow these steps to invite new users to your building archive: Open the building archive Navigate to the building you want to manage in Twinfinity Hub and open its archive view. Go to user management In the top toolbar, click the  “+Users”  button that opens the user access modal. Invite user Now click the  “+Invite”  button that makes the email and role input fields to appear. Enter user details Type the email address of the person you want to invite. You can invite multiple users by separating their email addresses with semicolon. Assign a role or permission level Choose the appropriate role for each user, such as  Viewer ,  Editor , or  Administrator , depending on what level of access they should have. Send the invitation Click  Invite . The invited users will receive an email with a link to join the building archive in Twinfinity Hub. You can update or remove a user’s access at any time from the same User management panel. Administrators can: Change a user’s role (for example, from Viewer to Editor) Remove access for users who no longer need it Review who currently has access to each building archive This ensures that the right people always have the right access – keeping your information secure and collaboration smooth.
