#### Navigating Your Initial Access to Real Estate Management

Welcome to the Twinfinity platform and Projektstruktur! This guide is designed to assist you in your initial login, offering a clear path through the different login methods available to you.

#### Introduction to Login Options

Projektstruktur offers three primary methods to log into your account:

1. **Username and Password**
2. **Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)**
3. **Single Sign-On (SSO)**

Each method provides secure access, and the choice depends on your setup and preferences.

#### 1. Logging in with Username and Password

> ℹ️ Note that the login page can be adjusted for your organisation or project so the example above may not look like the page you see when you go to your portal URL.

The most straightforward method to access Projektstruktur is using your username and password. Enter the credentials provided by your organization or in your welcome email.  


#### 2. Enhanced Security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For added security, Projektstruktur supports 2FA. After entering your username and password, you'll need a one-time code from an authenticator app (like Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator)​​.

**Setting Up 2FA:**

If your portal has 2FA configured you will need to set up a 2FA app on your mobile device. Instructions on how to install these apps for Android and iOS can be found here:

#### 3. Streamlined Access via Single Sign-On (SSO)

For users in organizations that support SSO, this method allows you to log in with your corporate credentials, linking your Projektstruktur account with other enterprise systems efficiently​​. How this looks and works may differ from portal to portal but there is usually one of these two ways:

1. You are automatically logged in. In this case all you need to do is to go to the URL of your site and the login will happen automatically.
2. You need to press a button. In some cases you need to press a button on the login page in order to get logged into the system.

> ℹ️ You have to be logged in on your company domain or company computer in order for SSO to work.
