2. **Project Administrator:** Responsible for managing individual projects and overseeing user participation.
3. **Portal Administrator:** Possesses the highest level of administrative authority, with comprehensive oversight and global user management capabilities​​.

## Access Permissions

Each user can be assigned varying levels of permissions:

- **Read Access:** Allows viewing and downloading documents without making changes.
- **Write Access:** Enables adding, editing, or removing content within assigned projects.
