### Step-by-Step Guide

1. **Navigating to the Project Network**:
  - Click on **"Project Network"** to access the Project Network.
2. **Beginning the Project Creation**:
  - Once inside, navigate to the **"Administration"** tab in the menu ribbon.
  - Under the **"Project"** section, select **"Create"**.
3. **Configuring the Project**:
  - Here, you'll be prompted to enter various project settings. Ensure you input each setting as per the guidelines provided in the **Project Settings** documentation.
