Recipient groups allow you to create user groups for different types of message dispatches. Once set up, these groups are available to select as recipients when choosing to send a "New Message".

### **Steps to Create a New Recipient Group**:

1. **Project Navigation**: Start within your project. Head to the menu area and follow this pathway: Tools > Recipient Groups (under communication).
2. **Managing Recipient Groups**: Upon selecting Recipient Groups, a dialogue box will appear showcasing all the groups that have been previously created for the project.
3. **New Group**: To start crafting a new group, click on the link titled "New Recipient Group".
4. **Group Details**: In the subsequent dialogue box, assign a name to your group. Here, you can also add the desired members to be part of this group.
5. **Save**: Finalize your group creation by clicking on "Save".

With these steps, managing large-scale communications becomes streamlined, ensuring messages are delivered to the intended recipients.
